Grounded, client-centred support through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss.
Full-Spectrum Reproductive Care
I think of full-spectrum doula care as support for the whole reproductive experience, not simply labour and birth.
That might mean learning about your cycle and fertility, navigating conception, making decisions about a pregnancy, moving through abortion or miscarriage, preparing for birth, learning about your options, having continuous support during labour and delivery, or navigating the postpartum period.
These experiences can be joyful, confusing, vulnerable, grief-filled, transformative, and likely, many of these things at once. My role is not to tell you what the right choice is. Instead, I offer education, emotional and practical support, advocacy, and a space where you can think openly about what feels right for you.
I am especially interested in the ways reproductive care can fail to reflect the diversity of the people moving through it. Medical systems are often built around assumptions about gender, race, family structure, sexuality, relationships, bodies, and what a pregnancy or birth is supposed to look like. I want my practice to make room for complexity.
We work together to identify your needs, priorities, boundaries, and goals, and then I support you in moving toward them. That might involve research and education, preparing questions for a care provider, or talking through a difficult decision. During labour, it can mean providing hands-on comfort and coping support, advocacy, and a steady physical presence. Afterward, it might look like making you food, holding your baby, processing your birth, or simply being with you through something that cannot be fixed.
At every stage, the care is shaped around you.

How Sliding Scale Works
I offer sliding scale pricing because I want this care to be accessible while also keeping my work sustainable. If paying the standard rate (approximately in the middle of the ranges listed above) would create financial strain, you’re welcome to choose a lower rate; if you have greater financial flexibility, choosing a higher rate helps support access for others. No proof of income is required — just choose the rate that best reflects your current circumstances. Payment plans are also available upon request!
